Autumn and winter, so love it, others completely despise the cold and wet days that seem to end as quickly as they start. But fear not, we’ve Barbour and Engineered Garments are making it that little bit more bearable. This season, Barbour launches their collaboration with New York based Engineered Garments to create a 5-piece capsule collection. Classic Barbour waxed cotton has been reimagined by the founder Daiki Suzuki for AW18, taking cues from the Japanese designer’s experience with American sportswear, workwear and highly function military clothing. Each piece from the collection uses black, navy and olive waxed cotton with an engineered take on design, with rear opening parkas, capes and looser silhouette classic Bedales and blouson shapes.
The entire collection will be made in England just as the brand always have. The collection consists of five waxed jacket styles named Cowen, Dumbo, Parka, Graham (our favourite) and Cape ranging from £349-£599. You’d be a complete fool not to buy the whole collection, which drops at Barbours Carnaby St Store in London and online from today.
