What We Want This Week

Face The Music: Noel Gallagher x The Connor Brothers Print

It’s been almost 25 years since Oasis recorded ‘All Around the World’, the band’s longest ever single. Today, this bold print from The Connor Brothers (who we love) — titled ‘These Are Crazy Days’ — celebrates the lyrics of the song. 100 prints are to be sold by the Maddox Gallery, with 100% of proceeds being donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust. And, if that’s not incentive enough to add this to your art collection, it’s also signed by the man behind the music; Noel Gallagher. £750.00, Available Maddoxgallery.com

The king of our hearts, Stanley Tucci, has written a memoir and it’s a joyful celebration of food in all its culinary and gastronomic glory. The man who has stared in films like The Devil Wears PradaThe Lovely Bones and The Children Act showcasing his acting abilities, Tucci has so far published two separate cookbooks (we have both) that solidify his skills in the kitchen, those are: The Tucci Cookbook and The Tucci Table. Now, he’s giving us an insight into his childhood, his phenomenal acting career and his family life while at the same time managing to link everything back to food. This will be an instant hit and I would image like Mr.Tucci himself an understated masterpiece. Available October 7th 2021

Rivian R1S

When a tech brand as big as Amazon throws funding behind a project, it pays to take notice. Say hello to Rivian. The Michigan-based carmaker announced back in 2017 that it would build an all-electric SUV – If you’re a fan of all electric tours AppleTV’s ‘Long Way Up’ with actor Ewan Mcgregor gives a peak into the capabilities of Rivan’s all-electric vehicles. This, the futuristic R1S, is the brand’s vegan-upholstered, quad-motor ‘Launch Edition’ capable of 300+ miles on a single charge and boasting a 0-60mph time of just 3 seconds. We love it.
Starting Price £70,000, Available Rivian.com

UnderArmour Velociti Wind Running Shoe

Under Armour is a relatively recent arrival into the running-shoe space. In recent years it’s hovered around the fringes of the running market without really committing itself. However 2021 is a different story and the brand now says it intends to establish itself in a big way. The Flow Velociti Wind is the first offering toward that aim and it’s an incredibly impressive effort. A neutral everyday shoe that also aspires to be suitable for faster running the UA Velociti Wind could quite possibly be your new go-to daily runner taking on the likes of Nikes React Infinity in the process. £140.00, Available Underarmour.co.uk
