The Ivy Market Grill X Chila Burman

This month, the streets of Covent Garden have come alive with an immersive, neon art installation created by British artist, Chila Burman. To celebrate this marquee event, The Ivy Market Grill will be transforming its Henrietta Street entrance with a brightly coloured, peacock-inspired installation in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire. The striking display will be filled with an abundance of peacock- themed deep purples, vibrant greens and popping blues, designed to give us all a little hope in the dying embers of the summer. Alongside its peacock themed entrance, the bar team themselves have fired up their imagination and created a visually tantalising and delicious cocktail menu for guests to enjoy.

‘Crimson Crush’ is a refreshing Bombay Sapphire Gin based cocktail with lemon juice, creÌme de mure, garnished with an LED light, lemon and blackberry.

‘Aqua Haze’, contains Patron Silver Tequila, Blue Curacao, lime juice, agave and a smoked rosemary sprig garnish.

‘Firelite’ incorporates Bacardi Spiced Rum, Triple Sec, orange and chocolate bitters, finished with flaming overproof rum and a marshmallow for toasting.

‘Peacock Blush’ is created with Grey Goose Vodka, Rhubarb Liqueur, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, apple juice, shaken with egg white and garnished with a peacock cocktail topper.

‘The Emerald Fizz’ features fresh cucumber, fresh mint leaves, St Germain, lemon juice and sugar, garnished with a cucumber ruffle and edible flower.

The Ivy Market Grill offers relaxed, all-day dining, with a number of tables available for walk-ins and bookings.
Address: 1 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 8PS.
