Winter Boot Guide 2021

Winter boots are probably not at the top of your priority list, but they are still a necessity for life and your wardrobe – even if it is just to walk the dog. I know it’s hard to believe, but the lockdown will end, and life will return to normal making you wish you had thought about the perfect pair of puddle-destroying winter boots beforehand. There is nothing better than a pair that fit like the cobbler is still sewing in the sole. Stylish, comfy and hard-wearing; the dream combo. But to achieve this, you need to know what you’re getting yourself into because you can’t just pick any old boot and expect it to be dreamy. Here we’ve put together a short listof our favourite styles and brands to keep your feet warm, dry and most of all, stylish this winter.

The Hunter Original Chelsea Boot is an autumn/winter staple. This year it has been re-engineered for an improved fit and all-day comfort, with a wider ankle circumference and an increased curve in the heel and around the Achilles tendon delivering an even more comfortable fit. Ready for rain, snow and muddy autumnal walks, each boot is handcrafted from natural rubber and vulcanised for superior protection. Retaining the iconic features of a traditional Chelsea, it features elasticated gussets and has a nylon pull-tab to make stepping into the boot easy. In a classic black ice matte, these men’s waterproof Chelsea’s are wet weather essential. £95.00, Available Hunterboots.com
