Master distiller, Augustin Sanchez Rodriguez works alongside a fifth-generation family of distillers to slow-cook 100% mature blue weber agave in traditional ovens for 48 hours. It’s then fermented using natural yeast for 60 hours, twice distilled, then spends up to a year ageing in American oak whiskey casks. This is a drink in memory of a man, Mr.Lyndell Mansfield, who was a dear friend of Tiempo founder James Hughston. The Lyndell is an abundance of luxury, sweet and easy to drink we found this to be the perfect tequila cocktail.
50ml Tiempo Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Pink Lemonade
Topped up with Pink Lemonade, garnish with a sparkling salted rim
Add Tiempo, Cointreau and lime juice to a shaker packed with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and top up with Champagne and Pink Lemonade, garnish with a sparkling salted rim.
